Preschool

When 3 year old Pratham saw his uncle after coming back home from school, he was excited. He jumped to give his uncle a tight hug while his uncle kissed his forehead. Suddenly Pratham felt certain sadness inside and turned to his Dad. He whispered his concern into his Dad's ear " Is my uncle poor?" His Dad was astounded. "What made you say that?" his dad asked. " Kirshna's best friend, Sudama used to wear torn clothes because he was poor." replied Pratham. "No! my son. He is not poor" said his Dad laughing aloud. Prathm had observed a small hole in his uncle's T-shirt and his recollections of yesterday's roleplay on friendship day celebrations at his school made him correlate the situation. He had enjoyed playing 'dwarpaal' in the Roleplay. Learnings at Mother Day Out Preschool go beyond classroom and reach heart & mind of children because they become part of it.
